Please note that you can only cancel your subscription via the browser version of our Caregiver app. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Navigate to the subscriptions section of your Caregiver Portal and tap or click "cancel"
3. Select the children who you would like to delete and cancel.
4. If you're willing, provide feedback about your experience with Pinwheel!
5. If you want to convert your Pinwheel phone into a regular smartphone, you may contact Pinwheel's Customer Care Team for assistance.
Please note that if you want your Pinwheel phone to be converted into a regular smartphone, you need to contact Customer Care right away. Eventually, your Pinwheel version would be too old for us to be able to access, completely rending the phone inaccessible by our system.
