As your child graduates to an adult phone (celebration!) or maybe the service is just not right for you and your family, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
1. Contact Pinwheel here and include your full name, account email, last four digits of the card on file (verification and all) and the reason for your cancellation.
2. Pinwheel will clear the device if requested - you have paid for it after all!
If you're planning to pass the device down to a younger sibling though, we do not need to cancel your subscription or clear the device. We can help you set up a new account for the younger sibling!
