Pinwheel Refund and Cancelation Policy

We want you to feel safe to try Pinwheel and return it if it's not a good fit for your child and family.

Phones Purchased Directly from Pinwheel.com:

The phone may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We DO accept returns when not purchased at Pinwheel.com: you must simply include proof of purchase.

How Returns Work:

Please contact the Customer Care team for a Returns Confirmation Code.

To begin the Return process, you will need to provide:

  • Your Full name on your account
  • Your Email on your account
  • Your reason for return
  • Your Pinwheel ID
  • Your phones model

Once you have submitted the form you will receive further instructions in your inbox! (Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email).

We will reimburse you for returned items from Pinwheel.com the same way you paid. If you didn't purchase through Pinwheel.com, we will mail you a check.

Phones that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return or full return.

Pinwheel Software Subscriptions

Any software subscriptions or purchases may be canceled at any time, but there is no refund.
