Pinwheel Refund and Cancelation Policy

We want you to feel safe to try Pinwheel and return it if it's not a good fit for your child and family.

Phones Purchased Directly from

The phone may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We DO accept returns when not purchased at you must simply include proof of purchase.

How Returns Work:

  1. Reach out to a customer care agent on our live chat or via text message to begin the returns process. Request a returns confirmation code.
    • To begin the Return process, you will need to provide:
      • Your Full name on your account
      • Your Email on your account
      • Your reason for return
      • Your Pinwheel ID
      • Your phones model
  2. Use the returns confirmation code to fill out the returns form found here.
  3. You will receive a return label via email within 1-2 business days.

Once you have submitted the form you will receive further instructions in your inbox! (Please check your spam folder if you can't find the email).

We will reimburse you for returned items from the same way you paid. If you didn't purchase through, we will mail you a check.

Phones that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return or full return.

Pinwheel Software Subscriptions

Any software subscriptions or purchases may be canceled at any time, but there is no refund. Please reach out to us if you'd like to cancel your subscription.
