Lots of customers want to be able to set a PIN / password. However, currently this is disabled. There is an issue caused by setting a password that bricks the devices and we are unable to fix it, so we have to overnight a new device, which neither you or us want to do. We are working on a fix that should be sometime in the coming months!
"WAIT! I set a password! Am I doomed?"
Not at all! We can change it for you and fix it in advance, don't restart the device if you have a password on it! If you do, reach out to customer support!
