Since we update the phone often, sometimes there are issues with the device that can be fixed by clearing the cache. We do not recommend clearing the cache randomly, this logs out and causes poor user experience. Please consult with Customer Care before clearing caches.
Please make sure to note your kid's password before clearing cache.
Step by step:
- Swipe to the right
- Tap "Pinwheel Settings"
- Unlock Parental Controls.
- Press "Clear Cache & Storage"
- Typically, you will be instructed to re-enable accessibility. (Usually skipping step 1 and 2.)
- You will need to log back into the device.
