Also, when the team refers to the "Desktop" they are referring to the application titled "Pinwheel". Now, let's learn together!
Note: Only do this for your troubleshooting purposes on the Pinwheel App. Customer Care will clear caches on other apps as needed.
Step by step:
- Swipe to the right
- Tap "Pinwheel Settings"
- Unlock Parental Controls
- Press "Clear cache"
- Typically, you have to log back in and re-enable accessibility: this is normal
