We ship your order in one box, when we can (most all the time, really). If you get your Pinwheel order and you've tripled checked your invoice but something's missing, a few things could have happened:
- Your order could have been shipped in two packages. This is the first thing to check. Reach out to our Customer Care and they'll look at the all things shipping and tracking, and give you the status if you've got another package coming.
- Your item could have hopped out of the fulfillment bin and escaped like that one renegade sock you checked under the washer, drier (and basket) for. In all seriousness, once in a blue moon something goes awry in the picking or packing process. If the evening light has a bluish tint and you're missing something, reach out to us and we'll make it right asap.
Ordering Individual Accessories/Items
If you discover you didn't buy something you could've sworn you added to your cart (looking at you, grocery store milk) you can still reach out to Customer Care or order it here! (Accessories are phone specific; make sure that you order accessories that match your phone.)
