Speed Dial makes it simple for your child to reach the people who matter most — no memorizing numbers, no fuss. Just a few taps in the Caregiver Portal, and they're ready to connect at the press of a button.
Setting up Speed Dial
- Open the Pinwheel Caregiver Portal on your phone or computer.

Go to Contacts and tap/click on the Speed Dial tab.
- To assign a contact to a Speed Dial number, tap/click on any empty slot (1-9). Then, select a contact from your approved contacts list.
- To change the contact associated with a Speed Dial number, tap/click on an assigned slot and press Reassign Slot. Then, select a different contact from your approved contacts list.
- To rearrange the existing Speed Dial numbers, drag a contact to a different slot number.

To remove a contact, tap/click on an assigned contact and press Clear Slot.
Dialing a Speed Dial number
- Pick up the handset.
- Press *[number]# on the handset keypad. For example, *1# will call Speed Dial slot 1.
- The stored contact will be dialed automatically.
