There is a way to enable emergency SOS feature, which automatically sends a message (which is customizable) to an emergency contact by pressing the power button 5 times in rapid succession. Saying this, if the phone is placed in a compact space (inside a bag, tight pocket, etc.), it might accidentally press the power button and send a text message to the emergency contact, which might be a false alarm. We had some incidents that the phone accidentally sent a text to 911 when the kid did not do anything.
If this is something you don't want to happen, we can disable it by going to Pinwheel settings > System settings > Intelligent Assistance > Emergency Rescue > turn off Emergency rescue.
