Are you or a loved one afflicted by battery optimization errors on your Caregiver Portal?

This occurs because low power save mode is on and can disable and mess with location data and other device features.
You'll want to go ahead and turn battery optimization off IF you're receiving this error.
Here's how ya do it (it's terribly simple!):
- Swipe to the right
- Tap "Pinwheel Settings"
- Press "Always Run Pinwheel"
- Press "Allow"
- Done!
