What should I do if the phone is broken? Is the phone covered by insurance?
We have an insurance plan courtesy of Clyde! For more information, please visit our Clyde FAQ article. If you think your phone has any hardware issues, please contact customer care so our tech team can advise you on how to proceed, as well as offer you replacement options.
Can the phone be used to browse websites?
The short answer is No. We’ve made sure to remove any access to web browsers on the phone. However, some apps require their built-in web browsers to work. If this is the case, we at least made sure to note it down on the app’s description on our App Library. To find out more about these descriptions, check our App Library FAQ
