The Pinwheel ID is a unique number or alphanumerical string that is connected to each Pinwheel device, every device has a different ID.
If you're instructed to find the Pinwheel ID on your phone, but you don't know how to find it, you've come to the right place.
There are TWO (2) places to find your Pinwheel ID
The first is the Caregiver Portal, this Pinwheel ID will display as alphanumeric (both work)
- Go to the dashboard
- Look for Pinwheel ID
The second is on the phone under Pinwheel Settings, this Pinwheel ID is strictly numbers (both work)
- Swipe to the right to get the apps screen
- Tap "Pinwheel Settings"
- The Pinwheel ID will be displayed on the screen
